Heather is the host of the Moving Mountains Holistic Health Summit! She is also the owner of Inside Out Holistic Health.

Heather has been on a wellness journey for as long as she can recall.  She has always had a strong curiosity for understanding "why" and "how" things come about in the body.  Heather did a deep dive into health and nutrition after deciding to start a family.  It led her down a path of discovery and answers for so many of her questions.  Years of independent study turned into a formal education and credentials allowing her the opportunity to share her knowledge and experience with anyone interested in a holistic lifestyle.

With other degrees in Human Communications, Psychology, and Education, Heather combined all three along with her Board Certification as a Doctor of Natural Medicine to open her own private practice.  The practice is aptly named "Inside Out Holistic Health" as she believes that true healing must begin on the inside and work its way out.

Heather specializes in Homeopathy, Bach Flowers, and Facial Analysis in Traditional Chinese Medicine. She welcomes clients of all ages and for any health conditions. It is her firm belief that only the body can heal itself with the proper support. Therefore, it is her ultimate goal to help her clients balance their health foundations, heal their guts, and strengthen their lymphatic systems in an effort to support the body in doing what it was made to do...heal!
