Bridget Knaperek, IBCLC is a certified lactation consultant and the founder of Mama & Me Lactation, proudly serving families in the southwest suburbs of Chicago. As a wife and mom of three, Bridget brings a compassionate, down-to-earth approach to supporting mothers through all stages of their feeding journey.

From her clinic in Mokena, and through in-home and virtual visits—Bridget helps families create feeding plans that feel right for them. Her goal is to offer encouragement, education, and hands-on support to make every mother confident along their feeding journey. 

When she’s not working with her clients, Bridget enjoys cooking, sewing, and making memories while traveling with her husband and kids.
